Primordial now has an early user testing program, called Primordial Insiders. Insiders get a first look at the cutting-edge products in development at Primordial, such as Ground Guidance® for off-road routing with GPS. Our Insiders have an excitement for using and improving our newest technology, and we have an excitement for providing our Insiders with a product they love. Each of our Ground Guidance Insiders receives their own GPS device with Ground Guidance installed and map data for the regions that they frequent. Our Insiders go out and use Ground Guidance whenever they are able, such as when hunting, hiking, geocaching, or snowmobiling. After each trip an Insider makes with Ground Guidance, they provide us with a report of the activity they did, how long they did it, and details of their likes and dislikes of Ground Guidance. Primordial uses these reports to improve our product, and every couple of months we provide each user with an updated version of the software or hardware. Additionally, we learn many personal details of our Insiders such as their favorite outdoor activities and their level of expertise, and their past experience with outdoor navigation and GPS. For many of them GPS is part of their daily life, just as it is for Primordial.
